Soni Samaj (developer: Naresh Soni, package com.sonisamaj.soni_samaj_app) is committed to keeping our community safe. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, possession, sharing or solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualisation of minors. Such conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform.

03Who the app is for

Soni Samaj is designed for adult community members (18 and over) — for the member directory, community events, donations to registered trusts, and related community services. It is not directed to children.

04How to report a child-safety concern

You can report violating content or behaviour in two ways:

If a child is in immediate danger, please also contact your local police / emergency services or the national child helpline (in India, dial 1098 — Childline).

We comply with all applicable child-safety laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Act in India, and we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant regional and national authorities as required by law.
